You may also complete a MiRo psychometric assessment if relevant. Ongoing sessions may include light reflection tasks or optional exercises to support your progress. 
Coaching focuses on helping you unlock your own thinking, explore perspectives and make decisions that align with your goals. Mentoring, on the other hand, involves guidance, advice and sharing professional experience.
