Leadership Development: The Smart Investment for Business Growth

As the Founder of Haus of Coaching and an Accredited Executive Coach, I’ve worked closely with many local businesses navigating rapid change, uncertainty, and growth. I share some eye-opening stats from the International Coaching Federation that show how powerful coaching can be as an investment: companies that invest in coaching experience a median return of 7 times their initial spend, and 86% of companies say they recoup that investment entirely. And that’s just the financial return.
