We’re thrilled to share some exciting news - Rachel Collar, Founder and Managing Director of Haus of Coaching and Haus of HR, has been named Business Woman of the Year (Gold Winner) at the SME Northamptonshire Business Awards 2025! The prestigious ceremony, held on 1st May 202 at cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens, celebrated the county’s most outstanding entrepreneurs and business leaders.

Rachel received this incredible honour in recognition of her visionary leadership, impressive business growth and commitment to delivering people-first coaching and HR solutions to SMEs across the UK. As further testament to our impact, Haus of Coaching (alongside Haus of HR) also secured the Silver Award for Towcester Business of the Year, reflecting our strong local presence and dedication to client success. 
 
Since launching in 2021, Haus of Coaching has supported professionals and business leaders through transformative executive coaching and leadership development.
