I am Rachel Collar, a dedicated Executive, Leadership and Career Coach based in Towcester, Northamptonshire, offering my services globally across all organisational levels. My mission is to empower both businesses and individuals to unlock their full potential. 

My Journey 

My journey led me to establish my own venture, Haus of HR, during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic. This venture was born out of my husband surviving a heart attack and my desire find a way to provide accessible HR and people solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). 
 
Before embarking on this entrepreneurial adventure, I cultivated a successful career spanning over two decades in HR across commercial, public, and not-for-profit sectors. During this time, I had the privilege of leading global HR teams, serving as a vital member of senior leadership teams and boards for renowned global brands. 
 
In addition to running my own business, I proudly serve as an active Non-Executive Director in the role of Vice President for both the Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes Chamber of Commerce. I'm also a Trustee Board Member for Trilogy Active. 

More About Me 

I actively contribute as a volunteer mentor too. Firstly, I volunteer my expertise to support and advise fellow members of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), providing invaluable mentoring to further enhance their impact and contributions to the people profession. I’m also a mentor for the Natwest Accelerator Programme, extending guidance and support to ambitious entrepreneurs who are dedicated to the growth and elevation of their businesses. I help these emerging business owners navigate the complexities of entrepreneurship enabling their businesses to grow and thrive through their people. 
 
I am a Career Coach and accredited Professional Branding Specialist working with LHH, where I deliver individualised support and strategies for candidates in transition to help them identify career options and achieve a successful outcome - transitioning to a new position, making a career shift, pursuing an entrepreneurial path, or active retirement. I'm also dedicated to empowering senior executives and leaders across EMEA by providing guidance and support to enhance their strengths, refine their job skills, and cultivate a powerful personal brand. I optimise CVs and LinkedIn profiles to equip professionals with the tools they need for career success and the confidence to build brighter futures. 
 
I’m also an approved leadership coach for the NHS Leadership Academy, dedicated to fostering leadership excellence within the health and care sector. I provide coaching and mentoring across all levels of leadership, spanning regional NHS centres nationwide. Whether it's guiding a novice leader taking their first steps into leadership or empowering an executive to optimise their effectiveness, I am deeply passionate about helping individuals realise the transformative potential of coaching and mentoring in their leadership journey.

This unwavering dedication inspired the creation of Haus of Coaching, a complementary arm to the Haus of HR brand, enabling both organisations and individuals to reach new heights of success.
